everytime my server restarts or crashes, the same blocks and entities in the chunk go missing while all other progress is preserved. missing blocks include stone buttons and signs, my itemframes also dissapear. and it also dissapears above y= 20 as well. ive confirmed this isnt because of griefing since i restarted the server with whitelist on and joined immediately after. and i can also confirm it is not a rollback since blocks i placed before restart like diamond blocks still stay in place. other chunks with a similar style of itemframe button sign pattern do not get reset. its chunk 3 1 3, not world spawn, buttons signs and item frames all face west if that helps. my server is cnrvoid and please help.

Hello for some reason i cant change the difficulty of a world other than the first one that is ever loaded in /worlds. im not stupid and have done /difficulty, modified the difficulty in the console and files already, but this does not work. the world difficulty is always set to peaceful. how do i fix this
