The minehut admins have mentioned that if you switched your server from 1.16.5 to 1.17, data loss *could* happen. If none of what Tarna has recommended works, you should try seeing if you can rollback your server to an available backup if there is one.

I'm not sure if plugins are available for 1.17 yet. If they are, I agree with Tarna, and you should look into any plugin like skript that could be causing lag. If you know how, you could also try using the /timings feature to see what's causing the lag. Another thing to keep in mind is that there are different types of lag. Client fps drops or connection problems could also cause your problem. I'd recommend playing with stuff like optifine's 1.17 versions and doing /tps as well as checking your ping in tab to make sure it's the server that is lagging and not just you. Lovingly, wally.

This sounds more like a minehut bug rather than something that can be helped from the community. I'd recommend creating a support ticket.

Sounds like a different issue than the wrong client. You should get a white or red message in chat if you scroll up a bit after getting kicked back to the lobby. Can you please share what that says?

Minehut has not updated to 1.17 yet. Spigot hasn't released a version for 1.17, and this is essential for minehut to update. Be patient, and check the updates channel on the discord server. They'll ping you there once minehut has updated to 1.17.

If you both are having the same problem, it sounds like a data loss issue. Try seeing if you can rollback your server using backups, if not, make a support ticket about this. Restoring a Server Your server automatically makes a backup every hour, you are able to restore your server with this backup, or any backups you made manually. 1. Go to the Backups section. 2. Find the backup you want to restore the server to. 3. Click the Restore Server button. 4. Restart your server, and the backup will be applied!

Head over to the backups section of your server panel and see if there are any previous backups. Minehut usually saves your server from the last time you joined it.

Can you elaborate more? Are there any messages that pop up when you try to join? Is it letting you join directly to your server, only the lobby, or neither? Could you have possibly been banned?

Minehut doesn't cater their service specifically for you. There are thousands of servers online everyday and the fact that this outage happened when your server had it's 'big update' is just unlucky for you. Minehut has no control over these things and they took the time to fix it correctly. If your server isn't still working, make a support ticket rather than complaining about it here. Lovingly, wally.

Each individual player is given their own platform. Similar to Hypixel's Simon Says, there will be an 'x' amount of rounds players are given to try and find a way to kill themselves (to put it lightly). Ranging from different things like spawning different mobs and then using those mobs to get poisoned, etc. players will have to use their intricate knowledge on how Minecraft works to solve puzzles and be the first to kill themselves. For scoring, each round will give a maximum of 100 points, with 1 point being taken away every second after the start of the round in which it takes the player to kill themselves. There will be bonus points for being the first, second, and third place winners of each round.

Minehut provides 1 free backup. Just go to the backups section of your server panel.

The limit is when your server.exe file decides not to respond

Inside your desired world file, there is a playerdata folder. Just delete that, and restart your server.
