Does anyone know how i make it so everyone on my server can do /warp spawn not just me without everyone having to manual go to spawn and do /setwarp spawn using the essentials commands plugins.

Hello I wont be monitoring my server very muhc so I want to make sure just in case anything happens i can revert to a world save. So im wonering if theres and plugin or anything i can do to my server to make it automatically save a world save to my pc or at least open the link t o download it in my browser.
