Your server needs to have a valid Level name set. Go to your server Dashboard -> Settings, set a valid Level name, I recommend using the default level name world (no special characters or spaces), hit save and start the server.

Here is the official method:

-> Go to File Manager > logs > latest.log.

-> Select all the file contents and copy them.

-> Now you can paste the logs where you want. If you want to send them to someone else go to a website, such as pastebin. then paste everything in there, click on create new paste, then copy the link of the website and send the link of the website.

My server opticalism always crash when starting. The problem started after i restored the server from a backup
