YOOOOOOOOOOO THANK YOU IT WOOORKSSSS. Huge lifesaver, much appreciated

So I have a server that's on Paper 1.17 with these plugins: ClearLag Coins Crazy Enchantments (which is not compatible with Paper 1.17 but I left it there for the possibility that it might update) EssentialsX Vault WorldEdit I wanted to build a server with an economy where me and my friends can setup shops and all that jazz. However /withdraw doesn't work for my friends. I'd have to turn them into an admin for them to execute the command. I tried applying permissions plugins and giving the command to them, editing configs, adding other economy plugins like MoneyNote but for some reason they still can't execute the permission. If anyone has a solution, please help.
