I've had the exact same problem before. What I've noticed is that when you run the command /dl world [world name], it doesn't work all the time. Keep trying everyday, it'll work eventually. Also want to let you know that downloading the world downloads all player files as well.

I've had my server for a little more than a month and my friends and I are looking into getting a dedicated server that we can manage on our own. We all love the convenience of Minehut, and we've had such a fun time using their provided servers but we think we want to move on to a dedicated server. We have had a few tossups with Minehut in the past, (hackers griefing our world and our servers being hard reset for no reason). Likely because of this, we've made the decision to get a safer and more secure server. Our only issue is that we don't know how to download files to transport them to another server. I'm making this post to find out if there is any way to download server files/transport them to another location. I'd prefer if we could have the same server we've spent a lot of time on transported to a safer location. If anyone can help me at, that would be greatly appreciated!

I've owned a server for a few months ow with my friends. It's Java Minecraft Survival and everyone loves the server a lot. Unfortunately, our server was completely wiped of everything today (11/23/19 I logged on at 10 AM). No more of our builds, no more of our items, everything was gone. We have no idea how it happened and everyone is so sad that we can't log on there. It's happened to us before from the hacker awhile ago but we're hoping that Minehut at least has some backups of our server. We really want someone from Minehut to help us retrieve our server so anything anyone can do, that would be great. I've attached a few of our builds that we'll be losing below. Those are only a few of the builds that we managed to get screenshots of.
