Help. I was updating my server to Java 1.19 and I respawned in a completely new area, losing over 50+ hours of progress. I can't use /worlds or commands like those because they were removed. Does anyone know what I should do?

I was working on a raveen base yesterday and logged out at around 12:55AM, when I came to log into it today i spawned in a different biome. how can i get back?
