I found solution, note for anyone migrating from minehut to preferred payed host, go into your choice of FTP, go into overworld world file, delete DIM-1 (this is the file used for nether) and DIM1 (file for end), take DIM-1 and DIM1 out of world_nether and world_the_end and replace. Shutdown server while doing so. This is also how you can download and use for single player worlds.

While trying to download world files using /dl world, /dl world world_nether and /dl world world_the_end and going toe the different dimensions wile using said commands only the overworld download seems to be working, on attempts to download other worlds I can only get a reset version. Any knowledge / solutions on this would be great, though gone through numerous other threads not finding much help
