i tried it but it doesnt do anything it still wont start

my friend used worldedit and it crashed the server and now it wont start. i have tried everything like force hibernate repair files and even reset server but it doesnt do anything. is there a way i can delete the server and make a new one in that slot or another solution?? the ip is : spoidron.minehut.gg
