Minehut provides a community already and you can add plugins, datapacks, maps and more to the servers! While working with realms may be more time consuming speaking about own experience!

This shouldn't be in this topic but I'll try to help!
Are you trying to connect from the minehut lobby?
Are you using the correct port and ip?
Do you get any error messages?
Please reply once possible!

Plugins do get updated regularly if they don't it means there is no new version out!

Bedrock
You can play Minehut on bedrock edition now! All Minehut servers are now cross play.
That means that you can connect to Minehut servers with Minecraft Bedrock. There's nothing special you need to do, it's automatically applied on all servers.
You'll notice bedrock users because they have an asterisk(*) in front of their username.

You could upgrade your server with plans! The higher plan the more RAM you get

If you don't have any plugins installed please try running the following command;
/pardon <username>
If this does not work please try deleting the banned-players.json file! If you delete this file it will unban/remove the bans of all banned players

Hello,
You can't run commands on a server without permissions I would suggest making yourselves operator on the server! To do this please watch the video submitted!

For console commands to be run you must NOT put the "/" before any commands!

As @mybeary said these credits cannot be refunded as you used them!
Minehut has done refunds for after the update and refunded credits used before the update up to 2-3 days!
Also credit inquires should be redirected to support!

You can download the worlds with a world downloading modification which you need forge for. It's not suggested to use these but this is the only way to download a minecraft world on minehut.

To receive credits after voting you are required to have a linked account with your console!
You can link your account in Account settings!
