    1.17 Update error

    I would assume you can't access your panel as the server is stopping. But if you can please attempt the following: 1.) Go to the Danger Zone tab. 2.) Press Repair files 3.) Restart your server. If this did not work I would suggest contacting the Minehut support team where an Agent will get back to you!   2. Hey! Can you download your logs when the server crashes with the command: /dl logs Once you downloaded it please upload your logs here so we can have a look to check what's causing your server to crash.
  3. Hey there! Have you attempted going to the DANGER ZONE and FORCE HIBERNATING or REPAIR FILES. I would also suggest double checking if you have 12 or less plugins as if you exceed the maximum amount of plugins (12) the server won't be able to start. If not I would suggest attempt those 3 methods firstly if you are still having issue please contact Minehut support.     Uploading my world

    Hey! Have you followed the exact steps as shown below? Make sure your world is not over the 500MB limit. Also note, your default world wont get deleted but the one you uploaded will be imported which you can see with the command /worlds where you can click the world you want to go to and it will teleport you there.

If you have and tried a second time and still doesn't work I would suggest also contacting the Minehut support team where a support agent will get back to you and fix your server for you.     Server Wont Start

    If you mean you attempted to reset your server I have included an image of the steps. Make sure you follow them to reset your server as a restart wouldn't remove any damage caused by explosions. [Image at the bottom] If that does not work please contact Minehut support and explain your issue to them. They will most likely be able to provide you with the help you need for your server.     server reset itself?

    Hey there! When updating your world to a new version it is advised to take a backup just in case. If you have a backup you can attempt uploading it and hoping that fixes the reset of your world(s).

    Hello, since all three of you are having the same issue attempt putting the server into hibernation. You can do this by going to DANGER ZONE on your dashboard and clicking FORCE HIBERNATE. This will shut you server down and go into hibernation. After a few minutes attempt to start it if it's not working please attempt repairing your files in the DANGER ZONE tab.   20. Hey, when trying to teleport a user on bedrock you must put the asterisk symbol which is * in-front of the username.
  21. Hey! If you go to your server panel you should be able to see a tab which is called "Settings" if you scroll through there you will find an option to change your difficulty. Have you tried there? Image below to see what it looks like: Please note: After you change and save it you will be required to restart your server.
  22. Hey! With the essentials plugin you can have the user have permission to be sent to that arena as command blocks wouldn't work unless you sudo (force) the user to run the command. Even if you sudo (force) the user to run the command [Such as: /warp JoelArena] they would require permission to do so. You can easily sort this if you have a permission plugin such as any of the following: PermissionsEx and LuckPerms. I personally suggest LuckPerms. The permission node for this specific warp you would be giving to the user(s)/rank(s) would be: essentials.warp.joelarena For other warps the permission node would be: essentials.warp.[WARP-NAME] Just replace "[WARP-NAME]" with the name of the warp Yes, I am aware that you said you got 12/12 plugins but a permission/rank plugin is essential while making a server.     Stuck in Hibernation

    The Minehut staff are not ignoring support tickets but it does take them time to review, process and respond to all the tickets that get sent in. Please be patient with them until they respond. Also don't submit multiple tickets with the same issue as it may be considered spam. The issue you're having is quite weird considering that you stated that when you start your server it just instantly goes into hibernation. There is nothing that any community member can really do in this situation as it's most likely on the minehut side of things.
  24. Hey there! On Minehut you can NOT delete your server. You may only reset the server. Resetting a server will remove all data and files and you will have a plain server again. Follow the steps below to reset your server: 1.) Go to your server panel and make sure your server is online. 2.) Go to the "Danger zone" section and click "Reset server" 3.) Stop your server and then start it again once it has stopped. A YouTube tutorial is available if needed. Linked down below!
