just mine or all servers, or just some servers depending on some factor?

i was playing on my server like 2 hrs ago and now i want to play but i get the connection error. i checked the status of my server on the dashboard and it just says 'saving' mode so idk what to do. is that automatic cuz i cant do anything about it
