He is still levitating I tried /kill i tried every thing i dont know what to do.

My server name is "FauxSMP1" This only happened after we added a plugin called GreifPrevention. My friend just got offline so I cant send a video but once he is back I will.

no my friend does not have a potion effect he is levitating still I restarted the server to multiple times i did clear effect on him and it said "this player does not have any effects".

My friend all the sudden started levitating and he is not in creative and he does not have a potion effect. I'm confused and he is getting mad i tried everything and he wont stop levitating, So how do I make him stop levitating
