Is there a way to tell if Minecraft Support has done anything yet. Will it come like a notification when they fixed the problem.

Recently the servers were down on Minehut and my server has just now gone online. The only problem is that when I started the server nothing was saved. Everything was started from scratch. I reloaded the backup, but the same thing happened nothing was saved. It was like starting a new game entirely. Is there any way to fix this.

Whenever I try to activate my server from console, it doesn't start. I go and click activate and wait for the 30 seconds for it to start just to find my server is still in Hibernation. Help please, this is just a regular vanilla server with 10 players.
