My server keeps crashing every 2 hours with no messages in logs or minecraft chat in discord how do I fix this

Every 2 hours of my server being up and my server just shuts off and takes like 10 minutes to get back up and it does a rollback does anyone know how to fix or whats happening

Recently I've been working on enchant GUI skript that's pretty bigger after a while of testing the server started crashing EVERY TIME I RELOADED THE SKRRIPT and it isn't a super big skript it's 500 lines at max so CAN SOME PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE help me because I don't know what I did wrong ALso now all files won't load -_-
