She said that it just said connecting to "server name", and then it loaded but she ended up back in the lobby.

She has tried multiple times, but she just gets transported back to the lobby. She writes the exact same server name as I did, but for some reason I'm the only one that's able to join. I have whitelisted her and it says that she's whitelisted.

We're both on Java. This text is just white for her. Idk if that has anything to do with it.

I'm trying to play with my friend, but she can't connect to the server. We're both on the newest version, and don't have cracked accounts. When she tries to write /join (server name), the server name isn't blue, like it is for me. How do I fix this?
