The server says it's on despite no one being on the server for hours and even when it was manually turned off, but i'll try and see if there was anything in the error log

Me and my friends have a Minecraft server and it started to lag like crazy one night and no one can access it now and when someone try's to join the error message that it cannot connect to the server or the fallback server, please try again later with the error code: io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException
