could you make a skript that automatically gives a new player when they join unbreakable wooden pickaxe, sword and all unbreakable leather armor?

could you make a skript that when you do /rickroll it pastes the rickroll lyrics into minecraft and gives eveybody 20 beacons (and can you make a permision for it)

Can anybody give or make me a skript that when you do /starter it gives you unbreakable leather armor and a unbreakable wooden sword and wooden pickaxe?
