The logs don't appear to give me anything useful

The logs are all in random letters and signs. Not any intelligible language.

My apologies, man. Everything works fine but if I try to do /mcr (for MCRP) /villages (for villages) or try to work with Lockette, they all tell me that they aren't enabled on the server. Lockette doesn't give me the error, but it still doesn't seem to work (Could be user error, I'm not to tech savvy with it)

I've got a handful of plugins. AureliumSkills Backpack BetterSleeping Disease FastLeafDecay InstantRespawn LockettePro MC Realistic Plus VeinMiner Villages For some reason, Lockette, MCRP, and Villages tell me I need to enable their plugin. They are all installed, and they should be working fine. What's wrong?
