i cant seem to put someone who joins into a groupmanager group automatically. apparently anybody will get put into the default group so i let that group get the perms and commands that i want them to have and be able to use but someone joined and it didnt let them use the commands. then they said my server was trash and left. can anyone help fix this issue please?

yes, it did add perms and commands to the group but for some reason when a new player joined and tried it said that they don't have permissions to do that. I added the perms to the default group which is apparently the group that everyone is automatically in when they join but it didn't work.

this might be the plugin called ultra perms so i think this should work: /upc addsuper admin (in-game-name) i think this should work. if its a different plugin then ill se what i can do. do not type the brackets!

how to i customize and add perms to the default role?

if you have the plugin called groupmanager then you might have to make yourself an owner through this command (type this in game!) : /manuaddp (in-game-name) owner then you should be good to go but if still not then idk.

how about /worlds because i had 2 people join my server as i was trying to fix this and i had to tp them so thet they could start playing my server as it is meant to be played. they cant do it without op. i tried to use group manager but i dont know how to make it automatically let someone use that command by giving them a role. (btw i am not a coder or anything so i know NOTHING about scripts, configuration and that type of stuff, i dont even know where to go to configure it. i play minecraft not python) can somebody please help me?

I have a similar problem where i used world guard to make spawn regions unbreakable and even I wasn't able to break it. so I did it it again and now everyone who joins can break it. I don't know how to make it so that ops can break anything but new players can't.
