[Plugins not working]

So i tried to remove Additions and it didnt remove all i got was "An error occured. Please try again"

And it said that the same thing for every plugin i tried to remove or install.

And i dont know why this is happening.

Also im having problems with removing quotes but thats probably just a me problem.
