It said nothing it just sent me straight back to lobby, I may have got it working I think it could've been an issue with my internet

Internet issues are a possibility. Keep us updated on the situation! 😄

What do I do if it keeps sending me back to lobby when I've tried to join it from the lobby?

Is it sending you a message when you're redirected to the lobby? One like "You are not whitelisted on this server!",  "You have been banned from this server!", or "Default connection error"?

    nothing happened. Again...

Since standard solutions do not seem to be working for your server, you can create a support ticket. Or, reset your server if you do not have a signifigant amount of progress made.

I'm trying to get into my server and it's sending me to the lobby, I'm not sure how to get back into my server since I'm new to Minehut. I'm just asking how to stop being sent to the lobby when I try to get into my server

If you cannot connect to your server, or the server is offline, Minehut redirects you to the lobby. You can simply start or join your server again by typing "/join [servername]". There is no way to stop the auto redirect.

I'm wondering if there is a plugin that will allow us to see the coordinates on screen permanently like Bedrock (NOT F3) - I find there is way too much stuff on the F3 screen and I struggle to process all the information when I'm also trying to play... However, I have looked through all the plugins and cannot find anything with that as an option. I know the BetterCompass has addons to the main plugin but it was looked into and was found to have potentially "malicious code". So if there is anything else please let me know 🙂

    Thanks in advanced!

You can use a plugin like Skript to add the coordinates to a player's bossbar, scoreboard, tablist, or action bar.

There are also numerous mods and modded clients like Lunar that support minimalistic informative GUIs that display stats like coordinates. 😀

Is there a way to stop being added to the promoting server or whatever it is

I'm a little confused about your question. What are you asking exactly?

If you're discussing the favorited servers in the Hub, you can right click servers in the server menu to add or remove them to your favorited server list.

    i only have lucky perms

LuckPerms should not be interfering with the world in any way. It is only a method to provide or revoke permissions to and from a player or group.

Are the players in adventure mode? Try changing their gamemode to survival or creative.

  4. Hello!

For future questions about skript please use the Skript discussion section of the forums.

In this case you're going to want to use the "on break" event, and compare the block type to ensure its a block you want to allow being broken. If it is not, you can cancel the event to prevent the block from being broken.

If you want this behavior restricted to an area, you can use WorldGuard region compatibility with skript, or SkBee bounds to localize the event.

    Hope this helps! 😄

If the server hibernates, will it be lost forever?

No. Force hibernating the server simply shuts it down. It can be started again via the lobby with /join or the server dashboard with Start Server.

  6. If you have a plugin like WorldGuard installed it may be interfering with their ability to modify the world. If you do not; it's likely Minecraft's natural spawn protection that only operators can bypass. You can set the radius for this to 0 in the Server Dashboard under Server Settings.

ive watched a couple videos on how to give a specific group a warp, ive tried it and it says that it worked but it didnt, does anyone know how to fix? even with group manager it wont work

This depends on the plugin you're using for /warp. Assuming it's EssentialsX, you can give the permission node "essentials.warp" to players or groups to allow them to warp.

do you know how to speed up this process? @Brim

No. I Know of no ways to speed up the process of changing it. Sadly the gamerules are stored in the level.dat file which minehut does not allow you to edit.

You can try force hibernating your server, or submitting a support ticket as they may be able to directly change the value when the server is offline.

  9. It appears as though you're trying to upload a world and get a dimension. Server worlds are held in separate files. Separate your nether dimension (DIM -1) and upload that in a separate file.

  10. Hello!

Paper only started throwing errors once you logged in. Did you change your random tick speed to a high number, or summon a large quantity of entities? If you did you can correct the issue via commands in your server console found here.

    /gamerule randomTickSpeed 3

    /kill @e

Execute these commands once the server has started, but before you join the server!

I was on my server (a local smp that me and my friends play on) and a creeper blew up my house and because i knew that there was a plugin to regenerate creeper and tnt holes and i searched for it on the minehut plugins page (it is called BlastRepair) and i didn't find it an i didn't find anything similar to it like creeper protection plugin so please can you add it.

    https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/bukkit-plugins/blastrepair

This plugin has not been updated since September of 2014. Quite honestly I have no idea how you found this plugin.

At any rate; Minehut has several plugins that can assist in preventing creeper explosions:

WorldGuard, Skript, and GriefPrevention, just to name a few!

If you need help implementing these feel free to ask in the Help section of the forums or in the #support channel in the Minehut Discord.

but how do u save the server before leaving?

Minehut servers automatically save before hibernating. So long as the server does not crash, or is not forcefully shut down by the owner, it will save.

However please refer to Houlton's guidance that this post is extremely old and necroposting is against the Forum rules.

    See those rules here.

  13. Hello!

It appears you were punished by either Minehut or a Minehut player server. If it is the former you can appeal your punishment here, if it's the latter you must contact the owner or staff team of that particular player server to appeal.
