Alright, no progress after relogging 5 times. The support site was actually the first thing I tried, but it refuses to load both on pc and on my phone.

I already tried that but it didn't really help. I can try again though.

So, everytime I try to join a Minehut server, the message "Unable to load user profile. Please try again." Plops up. I can't even join the hub. Did I get banned?
