I was using world edit and by accident replaced too many blocks at once causing the server to crash. When I was finally able to get back on, the warps had all disappeared. Please HELP!?

On my minehut server, there are multiple worlds. If we deactivate the server, then everyone spawns in a different world. Villagers and iron farms also don't work, and I think this is related to the same issue. How do I set the world we are playing on to the main world, so that this doesn't happen.
