As seen in the attached pictures my server is always displaying as "offline" despite being up and running with people playing and enjoying the contents within the server. Whenever I press the "start" button a popup will appear with the text "an unknown error has occurred". That same popup appears when I press any button throughout the panel. I have tried forcing the server into hibernation multiple times with no avail. With the server appearing offline it prohibits me from viewing my file manager which makes it impossible to fix things that need to be fixed on my server. Let me know if you have any suggestions as to why this may be happening or how to fix it. Much appreciated, Brisk.

just want to add that both arenas that have since been deleted are still in the files of the server under two .yml files. The problem I am having is that the server is not recognizing them as arenas after I restart it.

Every time I make a restart my server after making a compatible arena with Screaming Bedwars the all arenas that I make get deleted once the server comes back up. I save all the arenas and play test them so there is nothing wrong with the arenas themselves its just that when I restart the server the arenas list is blank and I can no longer join my completed arena. If anyone could help with this it would be greatly appreciated!
