clearly not for any good reason

clearly it's not muted if the mods are having a casual conversation like nothing is happening

The helpers on the server are some of the most annoying people alive. They're condescending towards people who have potentially lost hours of work, and muting the chat is not helping. If people are confused and want to get their servers back muting the chat is bad for people who don't have any of what is going on.
