I cant find the server commands console on the dashboard

I logged onto the server and our server was completely reset. Our buildings and items were gone and the world looked as it was when we first made it. Please can anyone fix this fix? Thanks.

My server got completely reset. Are there any mods or anyone that can help me with this issue.
