I was having that issue too but it fixed once i did this try turning off your server and keep it off for a couple mins if that doesnt work then you could have lag or something on your server.

Did you make your server lag out with alot of exploding tnt or something like that, Because something like that will make it unable to join. If so Go to you're server click edit server go to world and click reset world. To get rid of the lag on the world.

Im no helper mod or admin but. Its a good idea but if its just only for some people I don't think it would be good, because to add plugins it probably takes space from minehut.

Have you tried getting the clearlag plugin then typing /clearlag?

Have you hit the save button or just restarting you're server when you do the changes.
