[How do i make it so people can break blocks, but not place them]

Im making a box server (uncreative i know) And i wanna make it to people arent allowed to place any blocks, but i still need them to be able to break them, how do i do this. i dont wanna worldguard every single piece of air in the box

When i went to reset my world so i can play with a friend,there was no world tab. i cant find any reset world button. did they remove it?

The website went from a cool website for a mc server hosting platform, you could search for servers, instantly install plugins, but now its just, you cant search for servers, most plugins now are off-platform downloads, its just dumb.

So, after i added protocolLib and better portals i suddenly cant light portals, /setblock ~ ~ ~ nether_portal doesnt do anything. is there a way i can fix this. nether is enabled also

[so i was trying to use shopkeeper]

so i am making a server and i was gonna use shopkeeper, but none of the items i put in worked, chests didnt work either, i tried using a regual shopkeeper but it still didnt let me put anything in it, its a admin shopkeeper too.

I was going through the store and i decided to vote, i expected to get some credits but after 2 days of trying, i got none, Im very confused, Anyone Know Why This Happens? (fixed by linking my account)

Did you write anything in the generator settings box on the panel? If so, remove whatever you put in that box. Click save and restart the server.

Try deleting the files that have .json in them.

I didnt even join the server and i had mobs spawning off and these were my plugins:
Carz, Time Is Money, Traincarts, Vault, WorldEdit

I was about to start my server to build but then it said "offline" I decided to start it again and it didnt change, I am willing to send you what the logs said
