If you have an alt account and a laptop / pc spare you can just keep an account on the server 24/7 and make sure the device is always on. Then just hide the account from tab.-

What version of minecraft are you using?
Also what minecraft launcher are you using? If you are using "TLauncher" you can not join minehut as you need to pay for minecraft by going here [click the text] -
I think you guys should add the plugin Item Signature [https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/item-signature.81962/] as it would really help out owners who would like a way to make rare items on their server as it allows staff to sign players items, this could also get server sales up because if the server has a store where you could buy coins people could buy coins to buy these rare items leading to the server owners making money and maybe spending it on minehut credits so they can buy server packages!
The plugin is even free to use and open source.
I hope this is added as it can boost the sales for minehut and the server owner! -

Here is how you can turn off hardcore from your minehut dashboard [https://minehut.com/dashboard/appearance]
Go to the settings section, scroll down to "Hardcore" and toggle it to off. Then after clicking save, restart the server and you will be all good!

Oh alright! Thanks for the help. Last time I messaged someone they had an auto-reply message. I am assuming it must be an external application or something.

Hey there @Dunc0ff!
Here are a few things I would recommend doing:
» Checking no one else is doing it from console.
» Downloading logs the next time it happens and checking the last command run. [can be done by typing /dl logs and then going to the link in the chat]
» Making sure no one else is opped.
If none of those help then just let me know!

Hey!
Are you sure you are going to "Settings » Flight" and toggling it so the toggle icon is blue.

Make sure you click the save button and it goes to grey. Then restart the server. -

If you wanted to do it like other servers do [like hypixel] you would have to buy a server and pay big amounts monthly to host the server because they use a plugin that isn't available on minehut -

But the "death rains upon you" message is with essentials. Before removing essentials though could you please join the server and run the command "/dl logs" and then send that link to me through the minehut forums messaging system [photo at the bottom of my signature] and then just wait for a reply from me. Thanks, I have an idea that it could be a command block somewhere so once you send me logs I could look through them and look for any unusual behaviour. -

[to make your world a .zip file go to file explorer on your windows pc and click on the top where it says "Quick Access" and type "%appdata%/.minecraft/saves" right click on the world you would like to upload and click "send to compressed zip folder"] Once you have done this your world will be saved as "ul_[worldname]" and to get to this world you will have to do the ingame command /world [world name] or /worlds then click on the world starting with "ul_" to teleport to it!

If I am understanding this correctly, you are wanting a singleplayer world onto a minehut server?

Have you tried doing /op <username> and then your friend tries joining again?
If not then try turn off whitelist let them join and then turn it on! -
What version of minecraft is he on?

No.
Unfortunately you can't. If they have minecraft on a tablet or phone they can join the lobby using the ip:
bedrock.minehut.com
and then they can just do /join [server name]

Please can this plugin be added as I want to make items that have been signed by staff as a like rare/special item for members to sell for lots on the server
