This is a fairly simple one.. you should check out the documentation.. on join: set join message to "&7[&1+&2] %player%" on quit: set leave message to "&7[&6-&2] %player%"

Hey! For this, you can either use SkRayFall (add on for Skript), or you can use the add on for Citizens called CitizensCMD, which is lightweight and fairly easy to use. -
Unfortunately, yes, like AgentGamerPro said, there is no better way, but MineFlayer isn't that hard to use, check out the some YouTube vids first, though.
