My friend can't do it either. Is it a server issue?

When I do /dl world (name), it compresses the file and starts creating download link as usual. But then doesn't provide a link until ages have passed, where is simply outputs in the chat 'Failed to upload file.' Is there another way to download the world? I would like to make back ups.
