I created a support ticket and they solved my problem!

I play a survival server with my friends since the beginning of the year, today i logged into the server as I always do and all the players were in the main spawn, with no itens, all the buildings are gone too, but our statistics are the same. I restored yesterday's backup, even so everything still the same, I already messaged support, this happened with other people? If somebody can help me, please reply
