I'm setting up my Minecraft server and I cant use /locate or /banlist why is that?

i used the last save and i didnt do anything i honestly dont know what happened

My server was deleted and I don't know how! i spent days on that server i better get this back

I can't join my minehut server for some reason when i try to start it it doesnt do anything. It says offline but i cant make it online plz help.
