    That doesn't allow for adding images with a URL, you have to upload the images into the server's folders. It also creates blocks with the images not maps.

    https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/imagemaps The plugin for putting images on maps currently avaliable on minehut does not correctly work on 1.16. This plugin can put images from urls onto maps in game.
