    How to turn off spawn protection

    Hey AlexKidAwesome, servers have an automatic world spawn protection radius of 16 blocks, so I would suggest setting spawn away from the original spawn point of the world or  simply give your friends op. If this does not work or if you have further problems, it could be a result of a plugin.

    Server versions are the same across all servers on Minehut, we usually update to the newest version as soon as we can.
    Keep in mind you cannot change your server version.

    How it works -
    Since servers aren't able to change versions, you obviously can't revert back to 1.7 or 1.8 to use those combat mechanics which is what most people want to do.
    If you're one of those people we have plugins such as OldCombatMechanics, Combat Elite, etc.
    Those plugins can help recreate the type of combat mechanics you're looking for.

    If you're simply looking to revert back to another version for any reason, just know that it isn't possible. That also goes for when Minecraft releases a new version, when that happens you can't immediately update your servers version, you have to wait for us to update all server versions.

    If you want to let players from older versions (1.8, for example) join your server you can install ProtocolSupport (plugin), and it will let players from older versions join.
    Note: ProtocolSupport can break plugins and some features, and blocks from newer versions will not display correctly in older versions

    Deleting a server

    You cant delete your server, but you can reset it to a blank slate!
    How to reset your server: - Go to your server panel, make sure your server is online - Navigate to the “Danger Zone” tab - Click “Reset Server” - Navigate to your console under the “Home” tab - Stop and start your server Extra Steps: - Navigate to “Server Appearance” tab - Change your server name and motd as you wish (the motd can contain color codes!) Please note that your server can become suspended for an inappropriate server name, motd, or server content

    Schematics on minehut

    Hey @jaguars121 to upload a schematic, try this.

    Keep in mind: you MUST have world edit
    Step one: download the schematic you want to place on minehut
    Step two: Get a direct link for this schematic, try file.io (https://www.file.io/), mediafire (https://www.mediafire.com/), or dropbox (https://www.dropbox.com/)
    Step three: go into your server and type the command "/ul schematic {name} {link}" (do NOT put spaces in the name)
    Step four: after you have entered the command, do "//schematic load {schematic name}"
    Step five: do "//paste" where you want it!

    My server will not start

    Hey @Handwhale, try force stopping and starting your server (also found under danger tab) and waiting a while. Minehut has been having connectivity and loading issues recently so it may take some time.

    Hello @Niiveouss, Try refreshing your browser, logging out and back in, or using an incognito tab to fix this issue. If that does not work, just try waiting for a while

    Resource Pack Help

    Hey layt, make sure you are in the correct version of minecraft or that you are using the most updated texture pack of this type. You may also want to make sure that the texture pack is not too large, you don't have too many plugins, files, and world files, and make sure that you are using the correct link! If you continue to have problems, try uploading the zip file to file.io and using that link instead. You may also want to just force stop and start your server and wait for a while.

    command blocks don't work?

    Hey StarTown, to use command blocks, enable them by going to the "server properties" tab of the minehut console and scroll down till you see "Command blocks". Click it and press enable and save. After that, restart your server, and command blocks should be working

    Hey Domicrni, try force stopping your server (found under danger tab) and waiting a little while.

    Free Server not starting
