This problem has occurred in the past and fixed itself, but it has been happening frequently now and I'm not sure what is causing the error. When I load up the server, sometimes all of the skripts will stop working, even if I didn't change anything from the last time I ran the server. The attached image shows that there aren't any errors, and that it recognizes the files (9 scripts), but doesn't register any of the data in the files. Previously there were about 80 triggers and 10 commands, and now it recognizes 0 of both. The server is running on 1.17.1, I've tried both Paper and Spigot (problem occurs with both), and the plugins I have installed are shown in the image below. Any help with the problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
