It just started Hibrinating when I checked. Thank you for telling me

I am trying to stop my server because I wont need it online for now. I pressed stop and it didnt stop. I tried Force Hibrinating It. I also tried Repairing the files and nothing happens. I have a screenshot that it's not stoping. Does anyone know whats happening?
