type /op <name> in the server commands panel inside the minehut dashboard.

i am trying to create a kit pvp server but whenever players try to use /kit then they cant. however i can use it fine as a server operator. i tried kit signs but that doesn't work either. i think the way to fix it is in the config file but i cant find where, does anyone know?

whenever I try to start my server the server status shows starting and it stays like that for a few seconds before reverting back to having the button say start, not stop and restart like it would normally do. is there any way to fix this?
