Did you recently change versions from 1.17 to 1.16.5? If so your world may still be on 1.17, so you will have to change it back to match. Currently, cant go back to an older version unless you have a back up of the world on that version.

In order to use the command /seed, even if you are OP, you will need to set your /gamerule sendcommandfeedback to true.

You can download your world by going to the File Manager on your dashboard. You can select the folders you would like and then hit the download button. Are you having issues doing this?

It would be just how your normally whitelist a server, by doing the command /whitelist on and /whitelist add <username>

[/worlds not working when uploading world]

With our latest update, some commands are no longer available, /worlds is one of those. You can check in your File Manager to see if your world is still there. If so then you can either change the Level Name from the Settings tab to that name or you can use the Multiverse plugin to switch between worlds.

There is a slight bug I believe with resetting your password right now where it doesn't automatically log all users out, so you have to make a support ticket and we will log all users out for you.

Hey! This tends to happen when you go over the RAM of your plan, which happens when your server gets overloaded between players/plugins. The main fixes are removing plugins/maps or upgrading your server plan.

Hey! Make sure your world name has only A-Z and 0-9 this may be your issue, since world names without english letters or numbers can mess up servers starting!

You can download your world by going to the File Manager on your dashboard. You can select the folders you would like and then hit the download button.

/worlds and the commands to upload and download worlds no longer exist due to the recent update. To download your work please go to your file manager, and select the world you want to download and the files you want to download, and a pop up should come up with buttons and one should be to download your world.

You can adjust your max players limit by activating your panel and clicking on the Settings tab. Here, you will find a slider on the left-hand side that will allow you to add more players. It will scale up to the max number for your server plan, but you can also still limit the number if you would like.

Either using multiverse or changing the level name in your server settings to the name of the world.
