hackers came to me and my friends server, the only way to get rid of them was to close the server for a short while but when we got back on the server had reset we lost all our hard work please help

we were just wondering if it was possible for your to reload our server, its name is friendsmp8 and this is the third reset we have done, would like you to reload the second reload because we did not mean for this to happen. Thank you.
