So my plugins weren't working, and I assumed it was because I was on 1.17. So I decided to go back to 1.16.5, now the server wont start. Logs: https://pastebin.com/g0kkBTvB. Whenever I try to start the server it goes to offline but not hibernating, and if I try to restart it it says "An unknown error occurred". Help please.

When I go into the logs folder and I click on any log but the latest log it shows something like this: ��]{sI����)ʊ���Z�����l�#�>�VQt������`6&����%��eV͛n�왍������~�������/�t9�+���ˈr��z�P&ug�=ጘ� What does this mean?

I dont think it would be becuase of vanish cause then I would be able to hear the other people talking. But ill check about it being muted

Those are the plugins and it doesnt say anything my message just doesnt appear.

So I went on my server yesterday and no one could talk so we had to use signs. Anyway I can run commands and I tried to play around and see if it was any plugins but I couldn't find anything. Any idea how to fix it?
