thanks for the sugestions, unfortunety they didn't work. a restart is just stopping and starting your server on this site, right?

Hello, I have a problem on my server. I'm playing on hard mode and mob spawning is turned on, but they aren't spawning is there anything i can do about this? Thanks for helping.
