[Server Ram Crashing Server]

I keep getting this error which crashes my entire server and rollbacks it like every few hours on my server and its quite annoying. What are the best ways to fix it? I can list my plugins if you want. I even set the server  view distance to 4

[Server Crashing]

This is always happening to me too! And its extremely annoying for my server as the crash rollbacks a few minutes.
