I've tried this and it still won't run. Just gets stuck saying "Listening for connections on port 7761" and is stuck in starting mode

Okay so I have some mods added to my SpongeForge server but I can never load the server. First it was crashes and now it's just stuck on "Listening for connections on port ****..." I'm not really sure how to fix it and no one is giving me answers in the Discord so I gave up and came here. Every time i try making a modded server it just doesn't work. It basically gets stuck starting and never actually starts and i have no idea what to do other than give up. If anyone else knows what's going on please help me because i'm about ready to just find a different provider to use T^T

What if after doing so it still won't run? I can't seem to make mine run with all the mods I've added and was wondering if there's some additional stuff I need to run mods I've downloaded off of CurseForge
