i dont know about the spawn thing but i remeber that at some point people could break my stuff but i dont know what could have changed it

hi, on my minecraft server my friends cant break my stuff i.e. my house the trees around my house and the things in my house. I have an enchantment table but they cant use it but they can open my chest?? I dont know what is wrong, first I checked the plugins but there was nothing there, the i checked the files and i could not find anything, can anyone help me please??
