how do you set it as your level world?

In my server, i have uploaded a world that I have been working on in singleplayer, the world has showed up in the file manager, but i can't figure out how to travel to that world, the /world command doesnt work, which was the only thing i could find when i looked it up, it just says 'unknown command'. Can anyone help me with this issue?

When i did this, the server opened, then instantly started closing and then hibernated its-self

Whenever i go to start my server, it says 'starting' for a few seconds, then goes back to offline, i've tried repairing files, changing the server version, and even completely restarting the server, nothing is working. Can anyone help me to open my server?
