I've done so multiple times and it's still not working.

I'm trying to recreate Ilmango's compact cobblestone generator based on TNT duping. Currently, it looks like this: Everytime i try to start up the machine, the TNT simply detonates without duplicating. I check my paper.yml settings, and I have most of the bugs enabled. So I am unsure on where the issue is. Much help would be appreciated.
