In the files tab there is just a folder for plugins with nothing in it

my force hibernation button doesn't do anything when i press it. I also tried to repair my files like it said in that tab that tells you what to do when your server wont turn on

My server (zinzen.minehut.gg) won't turn back on and is stuck on offline even when i press start. I can also activate it but it won't turn back on.
