So I have recently started a server and at the beginning of the server I was able to place and use command block but for some reason now I'm unable to place or use command block and only allowed to place down command block with the /set block. So my question is how I'm I able to reenable this and here are my setting of command blocks and screenshots of what plugins/addons I use
